2025 IN CTO Clinic

Adela retired as the Chief Technology Officer for Northwest Allen County Schools in Fort Wayne, with the district for 34 years. She has served on the boards of Indiana CTO Council, HECC, ICE, UNITE, and IPSUG. Adela earned her Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) with the certification's inaugural class in 2012, and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2019. She continues to work with Indiana CTO Council's CTO2B mentorship program, with IPSUG and PowerSchool High School, with Delight in Disorder Ministries, and on leadership presentations to various education technology organizations.
